Annalise Clayborne

Certified Clinical Homeopath

Annalise Clayborne was born in New York but arrived in Texas as quickly as possible. She moved to Austin at two years of age, grew up there and attended Westwood High School. Her interest in medicine began as a teenager when, while in high school, she visited the National Institute of Health. She was introduced to the field of medicine and, since that time, has had a passion for taking care of children. She attended the University of Texas at Austin where she earned a Bachelor of Science in child development.  She then began working with children and families as the health coordinator for a Head Start program providing care to underserved children.  Following that, she returned to school to become a registered nurse and immediately began working as a neonatal ICU nurse at St. David’s Hospital in Austin, Texas.

Annalise returned to the University of Texas at Austin and obtained her master’s degree in nursing. She is a Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner in primary care and has her certification through the Pediatric Nursing Certification Board (PNCB). In addition, she is a member of the National Association of Pediatric Nurse Practitioners (NAPNAP).

In 2014, Annalise moved from her hometown and settled in Frisco. She worked for several years at All About Children Pediatrics and then Shine Pediatrics before joining the Natural Choice Pediatrics team. She loves getting to know her patients and parents and helping them raise healthy, productive young adults.

Annalise is married and has three children, one daughter and twin boys. She also has a Pomksy (Pomeranian/Husky) named Miko. She stays active in the community as a member of the Delta Sigma Theta Sorority and is a member of One Community Church in Allen.

Annalise is certified in Homeopathy from the Center for Education and Development of Clinical Homeopathy (CEDH) by Boiron.

Annalise has also been voted as one of the Best Pediatric NP's by DFW Moms
