We believe our practice offers something special, and we are committed to continuing the thoughtful, individualized care that sets us apart. Over the past several years, we have carefully reflected on how to preserve the integrative, personalized care that defines our practice—unhurried visits, comprehensive discussions, vaccine-friendly approaches, support when you need us, and attention to the whole child.

At the same time, the realities of healthcare continue to shift. Rising operational costs, staffing expenses, the ever-changing vaccine landscape, and increasing administrative demands from insurance companies have created significant strain.

 

Additionally, insurance reimbursement for pediatric primary care has not kept pace with the true cost of delivering high-quality, natural and holistic integrative care. An insurance-based model alone is not sustainable long term if we want to maintain the level of holistic care our families deserve.

 

After careful consideration, we have chosen to create our practice with a membership-based model. This allows us to continue providing the integrative, holistic care you know and value for years to come, in a way that is sustainable for our practice and supportive of your family’s needs.

 

A family membership fee of $25 per month or $225 annually(save $75 verses monthly plan).

 

This membership will allow us to:

• Preserve meaningful, unhurried appointment experiences

• Continue providing individualized vaccine guidance and discussions

• Dedicate focused care to chronic condition management

• Continue incorporating integrative wellness planning

• Offer 10% discount on supplement purchases

• Offer FREE shipping on supplement purchases

• Offer parent education webinars and events

• Continue accepting commercial insurance for families who prefer to use their insurance benefits

• Continue offering self-pay options for families who choose to pay out of pocket

• Continue providing daytime telephone holistic triage support at no additional cost

• Continue offering personalized, integrative, and preventive care that is not paid for by insurance

 

Our decision was made with great care and humility. Our intention is not to focus on fees, but to protect the quality, consistency, and sustainability of the care we provide. We want to continue caring for your children in a way that aligns with our values and supports their needs.
