Over the past several years, we have carefully reflected on how to preserve the integrative, personalized care that defines our practice—unhurried visits, comprehensive discussions, vaccine-friendly approaches, support when you need us, and attention to the whole child.
To support the holistic, homeopathic, and non-covered services we provide, an annual fee that covers the whole family is in place. This allows us to continue delivering the integrative, personalized care you trust while keeping our practice sustainable and focused on your family.
This fee is charged per family( not per patient) and is auto charged annually.

We understand you may have questions about our Integrative Family Wellness Plan fee. Below are answers to some of the most common questions. If you have additional concerns, we are always happy to speak with you.
What is the Integrative Family Wellness Plan Fee?
Our fee is an annual plan that helps us continue delivering the thoughtful, integrative care you value, while supporting the quality and consistency of care for non-covered services that insurance doesn't cover but we provide.
This fee is charged per family (not per patient) and is auto charged annually.
Does the fee replace my insurance?
No. If you choose to utilize your commercial insurance plan, we will continue to bill your insurance for covered healthcare services, just as we do now. The Integrative Family Wellness Plan fee is separate and supports non-covered services.
Does the fee replace self-pay visits?
No. The fee is separate from visit charges. Office visits and services will continue to be billed at our low self-pay rates. The fee will support other aspects of care that are not reflected in visit charges alone.
What does the Integrative Family Wellness Plan fee include?
Our care fee is designed to support and sustain the holistic and homeopathic care we provide (homeopathy, essential oils, nutritional, and herbal recommendations plus many natural remedies, etc.) and includes valuable benefits such as discounted supplements, FREE shipping for supplements and parent education webinars and events.
When does this begin?
All currently registered families will be required to choose their plan and pay by June 1, 2026. The fees are charged on the day you choose your plan and will automatically charge/renew using the original credit card each year.
For new families joining the office, fees will begin at the time of enrollment and renew annually.
What if I choose not to participate?
We understand that this model may not be the right fit for every family. We will gladly provide access to electronic copies of your child’s medical records on your portal for the transition to another provider.
Do all of my children need to be enrolled?
The Integrative Family Wellness Plan is structured as a family-based program, so all children in the household are included under a single plan.
Is the Integrative Family Wellness Plan fee refundable?
Integrative Family Wellness Plan fees are non-refundable and renew annually. If you do not wish to renew, please go to member login in patient center on our website to modify or cancel at least 30 days prior to your renewal date.
Can I ask questions before deciding?
Absolutely. We want you to feel comfortable and informed. Please contact our office if you would like to discuss further.
Is there a monthly payment option?
No. There is an annual agreement for $225 at sign up.
What payment types are accepted?
All major credit cards are accepted. HSA cards are not accepted for membership.
