If insurance can't be verified, such as a new updated insurance plan, or a newborn before they get added on to the family plan then Natural Choice Pediatrics will collect a one time refundable deposit of $125 and it will be refunded once the insurance pays on the first visit.
Natural Choice Pediatrics also has a discounted self-pay option that is very reasonable and is due on the day of service.
