We will only be accepting newborn patients that are 4 months old or younger and their siblings and siblings of existing patients.

 

Natural Choice Pediatrics accepts insurance or self-pay patients. Additionally, we are a membership-based clinic that offers care through an annual membership fee of $225 per family, or a convenient $25 monthly installment option.
