We will only be accepting newborn patients that are 4 months old or younger and their siblings or siblings of existing patients.

 

Natural Choice Pediatrics accepts insurance or self-pay patients and does have an extra minimal fee for all families. This fee is for the non-covered, holistic and homeopathic care that are integrated in our practice. The Integrative Family Wellness Plan fee covers the whole family and is $25 per month or $225 annually.
